General Eligibility
All competitors must be a rising 2L or 3L student.
There is a grade-on eligibility (Top 10%)
Grades will not be exclusively determinative but will be heavily considered in the holistic process.
Competitors must score at least 100 points for rising 2Ls and 150 points for rising 3Ls (out of a possible 200) on the Bluebook editing exam.
For students who are not in the top 10%, a submission of the edited article is required.
For students who are not in the top 10%, a submission of the write-on article is required.
For students who are not in the top 10%, a submission of a writing sample is required. This will be the Lawyering Process Writing Assignment 3 from the Spring Semester for rising 2Ls and the Final Brief from Appellate Litigation for rising 3Ls.
Competitors must completely adhere to all rules and expectations set forth by Thurgood Marshall Law Review.
